Answer: Please do not call us! Your confirmation is immediately acknowledged upon submission. We will contact you shortly after the application acceptance time period has ended.
What is your employment process?
Basically we have 3 steps in our process after we receive your online application for employment or if you drop off an application and resume in person.
1) Your information will be shared with the specific Department Manager of the position you have applied.
2) The appropriate Manager will screen your information and then contact you via email or telephone to conduct a preliminary screening interview, if your information qualifies for the position.
3) After our screening process has completed, the most qualified candidates will be contacted to complete our interview, testing, and reference process.
*All candidates will be contacted via letter or phone once the hiring process is complete for the current opening.
*We will also share your application with other Ward-Brodt Music departments that match your qualifications, so we can keep you in mind for future openings.
