Our repair technicians are among the best in the state. With a combined total of over 150 years of experience, our expert staff can handle anything from minor tweaks and adjustments to complete chemical cleanings and repads. It doesn’t make a difference if you just need a string changed or if the neck has fallen off of your favorite violin or guitar. We have seen it and done it before.

We know that you have things going on in your life and that you need your instrument. We understand because we’re musicians too. We promise to have your instrument back in your hands as quickly as we can.

If you are having problems with your instrument, give us a call or stop on by. We would appreciate the opportunity to show you why we are proud of the way we serve our customers.

Below we have repair services subcategory articles specifically by your instrument type.

newyearresHappy New Year!

We have survived another holiday season, and perhaps you have made a few New Year resolutions. I would like to suggest a resolution you should make for the care and maintenance of your instrument.

I want to encourage you to make a plan when to maintain your instrument. We always recommend having a GPC (good playing condition) done on your instrument once a year. Now is an excellent time for you to look forward and pick a time in the year when you can be without your instrument for a short period of time, when you can drop it off at our shop and have it’s annual maintenance done. This usually takes about a week, sometimes a little longer. Some people like to bring it after school gets out for the summer, or maybe a little later, before school starts. Others like to bring it in during their spring break, or maybe before an important concert or even contest time. The time doesn’t matter as much as picking a time of year that you can remember and then making a habit of bringing it in every year around that time.
