Strings Technicians

Here is a little information on the Orchestral and Guitar technician side of the shop. Our String technician is educated & trained in their repair skills as well as musicians.

Scott-Boyd12Scott Boyd - 25 years experience

Training/Schooling:  Apprenticed at Ward-Brodt Music.

Background:

  • 1975-Present Ward-Brodt Music
Scott handles all of the string repairs.  Scott works on all of the orchestral family instruments, acoustic and electric guitars, electric basses, mandolins, banjos, auto harps, and ukuleles.  The work that Scott does varies from general maintenance to general repairs.
